How Booking Works

Rental Rules & Requirements

• Minimum booking: 3 hours.
• Booking advance: ₹500; refund depends on the situation.
• Remaining payment before taking the car.
• Security deposit: ₹10,000; refunded after inspection.
• Fuel: full-to-full or same level at which the car was given.
• Low fuel charge: ₹400 per point.
• Extra fuel returned may be refunded after inspection.
• More than 30 minutes late: 1 hour is countable.
• Late return charge: ₹300/hour.
• Early return does not reduce the minimum 3-hour charge.
• Outstation and other-state trips allowed.
• Nepal allowed only with prior confirmation and required information.
• Anyone with a valid driving licence can drive.
• Minimum customer age: 18 years.
• Aadhaar in any valid format accepted.
• Mobile verification and emergency contact required.
• Photo/video verification required.
• Smoking inside the car prohibited.
• Pets prohibited.
• Alcohol/drinking inside the car prohibited.
• Commercial/taxi use prohibited.
• Racing/rash driving prohibited.
• Re-renting/subletting prohibited.
• Off-road/rough-terrain use prohibited.
• Damage/accident handled according to agreed rental terms and applicable requirements.
• Payment: UPI, cash and bank transfer.
